This MPU3222 enterpreneur project has gave me the experience on running a business including its challenges and doubts. We also worked with different races, different background and we also didn’t know each other before involved in this project. I found that it is not easily to become a successfulful entrepreneur because we are given a test to understanding for us other for us. First we do a meeting for sharing idea to decide what we are going to sell and we devided our job such as who want to find the supplier, media admin, monitor sales, and packer. I can imagine how difficult that I will faced if the project of MPU3222 run in individual. In additional, all of this beneficial to me and I hope iw will too in the future.

The moment I take part in the group project of MPU3222 Foundation of Entrepreneurship Inculturation, I realised that become a entrepreneur wasn't that easy. I can felt the struggle and stress to handling or run a business. It's will be difficult if the MPU3222 project run by individually. I recently doing the group project with other members by promoting and selling our products. By doing that, I can prioritised tasks, delegated responsibilities, and communicated with team members about group project. Despite the challenges that we face, we glad that we are doing good through the group project tasks.

The entrepreneurial initiative at MPU3222 has provided me with a fresh opportunity to collaborate with diverse individuals from different backgrounds. I take pride in our ability to successfully collaborate despite our differences of opinion. This project has also instructed me in self-improvement, since it has enabled me to effectively manage my time. The implementation of this project involves more than just providing regular copywriter reports, ensuring accountability, and soliciting group input. Nevertheless, altering numerous dynamic components can be challenging. In the face of challenges, such as ambiguous expectations or issues with coordination, we demonstrate resilience and flexibility.

This MPU3222 has given me a new experience that I have never experienced before. This project for me is very difficult to do without the cooperation of every member in the group. During this project, I learned many lessons among which each member must share opinions, cooperate with each other, and must be responsible for the assigned tasks. Not only that, this MPU3222 taught me how to do the business in a more organized and modern way because the majority of all the work that needs to be done in online. Overall, it was e very meaningful experience for me.
