         <description><![CDATA[<p>I like the idea of blended learning because it utilizes classroom time effectively and gives ownership of learning to the student. The only difficulties would be logistics (room size, number of students, technology available, etc.). I am going to try and do a combination of blended learning with a flipped classroom model.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I have used the flipped classroom model before successfully at the high school.&nbsp; I plan on utilizing the flipped classroom model when necessary this year.&nbsp; I will also use blended learning because it helps with time in the classroom and allows students to see their success in learning.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I have used traditional stations a lot but have been hesitant to use the flipped model because of student access to devices at home.  The video really helped me to address that issue in addition to the issue of having limited amount of devices in class.  For this reason, I feel more confident that I could use this strategy effectively this year. </p>]]></description>
