This is ultimately impossible because employers (and everyone in general) have their internal biasness / judgements and assumptions and these factors are unable to be changed for employers to be more accommodating to staff with special needs . instead , they could try to keep an open mind by not basing our judgements of others as conclusions , and getting to know their staff with special needs is half the battle won
