Who am I?

I am Jahara Ligaray who lives happily in barangay Lunas. I am a nature, beach and pet lover and in terms of pet I have 4 dogs and 3 cats. I'm a beach lover, cause beach waves gives me chills and everytime I'm on the beach I felt at peace. I am also contented of what we have right now, honestly speaking I hate those people or kids who wanted to have a luxurious life without minding their parents who work hard just to provide them but instead, they keep telling their parents that they should buy this or that.

Also I am a student full of hope and dreams. I love singing and dancing, but I feel shy performing in front of many people. However, if there is a school performance, I will try my best to participate, even if it makes me feel embarrassed, just to earn good grades. I am quite conscious of my grades, but not to the extent of wanting to compete with my classmates. I am a understanding person to the point where I can be taken advantage of, but it's okay because I feel good about helping others. I am not fond of conflicts, so I prefer to let things go to avoid any trouble. I love to laugh and feel comfortable with my friends because I don't easily get upset. But there are times, that I prefer to be alone and enjoy the peace by doing things on my own.

Additionally, I am a person who loves my parents dearly. When it comes to them, I will do everything to make them proud. I will follow their suggestions or desires to avoid any misunderstandings because I easily feel hurt when I hear negative comments. That's why I am an obedient child and do everything for the happiness of my family.

My Biggest Fear!

What is your biggest fear?

As you hear this question, many things that scare you must have come to mind. Everyone is afraid of something, from insects to heights and so much more. But when asked in an interview, this question is not so existential as it is professional. It is not always easy to talk about our fears, especially when you are trying to bag your dream job. But the challenge is that one of the most commonly asked behavioral interview questions is What is your Greatest fear?

My biggest or greatest fear in life?
First, that would be failure. This may sound like a generic answer, but nothing scares me more than failure. I have always been striving and have had this need to excel for as long as I can remember.Underperforming and not accomplishing work goals make me uncomfortable, triggering the fear of failure. One of the reasons that I don't want to failed is my parents, I've always wanted them to be proud of me. But over the years, I have tried to get comfortable with the idea that failure is a part and parcel of life, not the end of the world.
Second, would be rejection. Being rejected is one of my greatest fears in life. Not being chosen for projects, not being included in team activities, etc., makes me feel rejected, and while I understand that it is not personal, just a fear that occupies my mind. I have always been a hap y go lucky girl and had a tough time making friends in school, and those experiences have led to this fear in me. But I am trying to overcome this feeling and feel better about this fear by just watching movies or reading novels, cause by doing those things I felt that I did really belong even just it only in my imagination.

In conquering this fear I really need a lot of confidence in self, so that when the time comes that I don't have them, that's the time that I think I can do everything I want without minding this fears of mine.

What Keeps Me Going?

For me, there are five things that keeps me going. First and foremost is my family. Above all else, my family is the foundation of my existence. I rely on them for support, and their love and care are what motivate me to keep moving forward. They are the reasons why I strive hard, cause I really wanted to repay them for all the things that they've given to me. I wanted to repay them for their hardworks.
Second is hope, I have a positive outlook on life, and I always hold onto the hope that good things will come my way. Even during challenging times, I have faith that everything will eventually work out.
Third is curiosity, I have an insatiable curiosity to explore and learn about the world. There is so much to discover, experience, and enjoy. I fear that life may not be long enough to pursue all of my interests, but this curiosity fuels my excitement and drives me forward every day.
Fourth is about music, it is my constant companion. Whether I'm on a holiday, taking a walk, starting my day, or winding down at night, music is always there to uplift my spirits. It brings me joy and makes even mundane tasks more enjoyable.
Lastly was surprises, life is full of unexpected surprises. Every day brings something new, whether it's meeting interesting people, discovering a new song, coming across a profound quote, receiving an unexpected compliment, or learning something new about myself. I embrace these surprises with open arms, as they add excitement and spontaneity to my life.
This all the things that helps me to keep going but above of them all is my family.
