On the first day of school I was excited because
1.We got lockers
2.We got a great teacher
3. I was excited to learn new things! I was a little nervous at first. Now, I am very proud of all the hard work I accomplished and I am excited to go to middle school!!

I was so happy because we get lockers and I was sitting next to Alex and I had a locker next to Alex and we had a super nice teacher.Now I am so sad to leave but I am excited for next year!!!

On the first day, I felt like 5th grade would last forever. I remember Mrs. Callari saying that it would be a good year. Then I remember leaving school and going remote for the whole month.

Now I feel sad that we're leaving this school. I also feel good about leaving because we get to do more things that the other children can't.

I was confused and nervous because I started the year off a bit late. I didn't know what was even going on. I thought that I was never going to be like everyone else because I was behind. I eventually did get used to the schedule. I will know that next year I will go to school on the actual first day.

-My locker, before I could not open my locker. Now I can I don't even remember my code my hand just knows it.
-I was also excited about my computer, Before I could not remember my password, now I just type it without thinking.

On the first day of school, I felt like 5th grade would last for a long time. Mrs Callari was talking to us about how fun the year was gonna be. I was very nervous and scared because I got covid and was remote so I thought I was going to be behind in school. I was very confused about my schedule but after a while I figured out what my schedule was. Now I am not nervous at all and I am very confident.

When I went to 5th grade I felt nervous because it was a new place and there were different teachers and a totally new classroom. Now I feel fine because I know this area a lot more than before and I also got to know the teachers a lot better too.
