It lacks alot of choice and activity options to clearly express wants and needs to connect with others effectively.

It is surprisingly accurate and I like the fact that I can highlight. I think this would be good not only for someone who is Deaf or hard of hearing, but also anyone that may need that support during and after zoom meetings to remember what was said, and note what was important. I did book mark ones that I want to go back and look at later when I have more time.
I work with adults and find if a person didn't learn to use a formal system of  AAC as a child they have a hard time switching to a different form of communication . If they have communicated  with adaptive signs, gestures etc. all their lives they don't want to switch to an app or an alternative form of communication. 
The one app that I do like to use and have had success with is called "Let me Talk" it is free, you can use a photo graph and type in a phrase or just a word.
 Some people I work with use it as an enhancement to their communication, mainly when out in the community. A lady I work with has a restaurant board, on this app that has pictures/buttons of all the places she likes and will touch a picture of Harvey's restaurant (for example) and its  pre-programed to give her order. ( a staff person would have ordered it for them in the past) or they can sign "hamburger" to a staff  and then use the app to say if they want home made or from a restaurant. I found it to be a bit confusing. I’m not sure how someone I provide support to would use it as most people struggle with using just 1 of the services. I’m not sure how they would do trying to link them together.
