His father figures were abusive and was an alcoholic and could be physically violent and his older brother was accused of abuse in his school. The social structural perspective. https://padlet.com/24185388/q18uubl5go4m1op6/wish/1841751095 The mother and father experienced social failures by the state as they had moved 3 times and should of had a robust assessment of need for the mother due to her mental and emotional instability.  Lack of education for the father on what is involved to being a father and the stability of a family relationship due to being homeless regularly. Living in a burgh that has a high percentage of social depravity. Both parents had mental health conditions that weren't monitored by local health authorities and they both were non compliant in the medication regime. there was some evidence of positive information sharing between multiagency partners however the information gathered did not trigger professional inquisitiveness or additional support for the family.
