The apprenticeship is in the main a work-based learning programme, as a result there is little on-campus time.  
On-campus will be 16 days across 2 years, a 1 week session in months 1 and 7, and a 3 day session in months 11 and 17, however, there will be a monthly online class.  This class will consist of a flipped classroom activity and other activities related directly to the progress of the apprenticeship.  The choice to do a flipped classroom is primarily a way to make the most of the time available within the class, this allows the apprentices to complete additional enhanced learning, without detriment to the main learning of the programme
