However, ideally I would drive!! A tank of gas would cost me about $60, I would need at least 3 full tanks one way to get there and I would split the drive into 2 days because it takes 21 hours to get there from here. Therefore, I would spend around $200 on a hotel room half way. Food would cost my family $100-$150 per day. For my entire family to fly round trip in economy (Sept), it would be $1,200 per ticket which is 4 tickets. So that would be about $4,800. Because we have family out there, we wouldn't need to buy transportation I don't think. Although, I think my mom wants to get a hotel, and we'd stay there for 4 days. To stay for 4 days, it's 80 to 100 dollars. Food and other things might be $600 over the span of those 4 days.
