All forms needed for your visit to the doctor can be found on castle branch. You have to create a castle branch account.

The folder given at orientation has a package code. Use that package code on the castlebranch website to purchase immunization tracker and drug test.

Once you have done that download the forms needed for the MD appointment. Then go to a the designated lab for the drug test.

We will not accept drug test done by your provider.

If you have to be walked through the steps call castlebranch they will walk you through the process….the number should be on the castlebranch information sheet handed out during orientation.

I have purchased Castle Branch, but I’m not clear on how it fits into this process. Could you please explain what I need to do to get these documents? Any information you can give would be really helpful.

As you complete the items health forms you upload them to castle branch. Blood borne pathogens is a training done in school- ATI certificates for HIPPA will be done later as well. Each student needs to have an American heart association Basic Life support training. Again as you get each one you upload them to castle branch.

I wanted to bring up some concerns about communication with the students. I’m concerned that a student was privately notified to get another drug test cleared for Castle Branch while other students remain unaware, which leaves things to be done last minute and rushed. To me, this also presents as favoritism or special treatment, especially after you’ve stated there are no favorites.

As a parent, I believe all students should be included in any information you share, whether it is beneficial to one student or not. A more formal, consistent method of communication would ensure fairness and prevent misunderstandings.

Are the incoming seniors only supposed to renew their TB test and flu shot on Castle Branch?

Are we allowed to wear long underscrubs under our uniforms? If so what colors are we allowed to wear?

Also do we have to bring all of our textbooks to school on the first day? Because I packed them in my bag and it weighs down on my back quite a bit.
