Today I'm going to talk to you about my balanced diet.

I like vegetables, but I don't like squash. I also like fruit.

I think you should prepare a bowl of fruit and nuts with Greek yogurt for breakfast.

For lunch, a plate with plenty of protein and vegetables.

You should drink plenty of water.

Processed foods are not good for the body and shouldn't be part of a balanced diet.

You should eat slowly so your body digests food well.

I also visited the Misti Volcano viewpoint and took lots of photos. I bought some handicrafts at a local market to remember the trip by.

And this year, I plan to visit Iquitos. I want to take a boat ride on the Amazon River and explore the jungle with my family. I also hope to try exotic fruits and see pink dolphins!

I'm looking forward to enjoying nature and eating new dishes I've never tried before.
