It was built by emperor Trajan who reigned from 98 C.E 117 A.D.&nbsp; It was built because Trajan won a big war and got a lot of money from it and used that money to make a huge building in his honor. It was used for shopping ,big political meetings and ceremonies. It was designed by Apollodorus of Damascus. </p>]]></description>
