Most of My leadership experience is come from my travel experience. I have traveled more than 20 nations .Travel has given me greater tolerance to risk by pushing me to step out of my comfort zone, and enforce my leadership skills.

Travel helps me identify my own traits that I can transform into strengths and bring to a leadership role, such as desire to excel and persistence against obstacles. I am setting 2 leadership goals for 2017. 

    Travel industry is one of the fast developed business. I need to have the ability to anticipate and envision the future, maintain flexibility, think strategically. In the future, the digitalization will be the travel trends, So I will learn more about the internet business, and pay attention to high innovation travel industry company such as Expedia, Airbnb and Viator. During my work, I will also with smartphone, App to create a digital environment for my customers.
        I want to get more knowledge about local place culture, tradition, political and natural situation, use both head and heart in my work. As a tour guide I will confront variety of tasks every day, being mindful and thinking independently is important for me. During my journey I will use my head to tend to organizational issues such as goals and strategies, production schedules, operational issues, and so forth. I will also use my heart to tend to human issues, such as understanding, supporting, and developing. I need aware to develop my positive emotions and bring it to my guests. 

 At the beginning of the day, identify the top three priorities. Begin work on the most important one – what is most urgent and most important. There is always time, time is priorities, only plan 4-5 hours of real work per day. 
          * Using The Pomodoro Technique helps me work effectively. 

The methodology is simple: When faced with any large task or series of tasks, break the work down into short, timed intervals that are spaced out by short breaks. This trains my brain to focus for short periods and helps me stay on top of deadlines or constantly-refilling inboxes. With time it can even help improve my attention span and concentration. 

           *Set short-term goals and a long-term goals.

I need to learn set smart goals: specific, measureable, achievable, realistic, and tracked over time. Break the unreasonable don into little reasonable chunks. A big goal is only achieved when every little thing that I do every day, gets me closer to get that goal. Only ever work on the thing that will have the biggest impact. More work hours dose not mean more productivity, use constraints as opportunities. Separate thinking and execution to execute faster and think better, separate brainless and strategic tasks to become more productive.

 

According to be a tour guide, I can have the opportunity to travel more places, and contact more different people. Most importantly, I will play a leader role with my customers, arrange and organized a successful journey which can make me grow. Here are several expectations of my work:
