         <description><![CDATA[<div>1)how do you change it into decimals <br><br>2) what if the decimal is never ending?<br><br>When converting fractions into decimals any fraction that is half when converted is .5 ex)<br>24/48=.5<br>And you change it by dividing if you want to change 1/2 half you divide 1by 2 you annex the zero then it becomes 1.0 then 2 goes into that .5 times you can annex 0’s with any problem.If the decimal is never ending you have to put a line over the digit that keep repeating.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
