For example you can order fresh weekly food boxes from online for example - Hello Fresh and they may for example have a 'Join today and save £' etc.<br>-Seek fast delivery and free shipping. <br><br>-Reviews and Quality is very important to them.<br><br>-They research heavily before deciding to buy a product. <br><br>-They will not purchase until they find the best possible deal.<br><br>-Gen Y also shop in Bricks and Mortar stores for products like personal care items, electronics like phones or laptops and some clothing.<br><br>-Although shopping online fits their shopping habits they know that some products need to be seen in person in bricks and mortar stores to make the decision of purchase.<br><br>-They do like to test and try on the clothes before buying so sometimes shopping in bricks and mortar can be better.<br><br>-Millennials like to shop from their local community to feel as if they're helping and giving back and making a difference.<br><br>-They love to shop sustainably.<br><br>-They buy through social media as they are regularly using social media.<br><br>-They listen to personal recommendations from Influencers social media platforms.<br><br>-This is why if you have your own brand, you would be silly to not to promote what you're selling through social media as you'd miss out on a large amount of customers.<br><br>-Gen Y enjoy flicking through social media to find new products to research and then purchase.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Maslow’s theory states that people have five sets of needs that are fulfilled in a particular order: physiological; safety; love and belonging; esteem; and self-actualisation.<br><br></div><div><br>In the Bauer Knowledge initiative, millennials involved in the project were encouraged to create their own hierarchy of needs based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as a framework.<br><br></div><div><br>Using TGI Clickstream, Bauer segmented the 16-34-year-old audience attitudinally and discovered five very distinct segments: The Influencers, The Adopters, The Apprentices, The Entertained and The Contented.<br><br></div><div><br>The different segments generated distinct hierarchy pyramids. For instance, for The Influencers, their physiological needs include the basics, such as food and water, but also their smartphone or laptop as it is the main way they access the internet and feel  they feel ‘lost without it’.<br><br></div><div><br>For The Apprentices, self-actualization is all about just being happy with what they have got at that moment in time, not necessarily because of the objects they have in their life.</div>]]></description>
