Dasar  (DV)while PA Bangladesh pula ialah IV...in my conceptual framework  i assumed there r 3 factors effect (influence) the policy tht should be taken holistically and realitistically...namely high demand from the industries in Malaysia, lack of native workers and positive working attitude among Bangladeshies workers in market
