Another year has passed. It feels like years go by very quickly in a blink of an eye but I have you with me to get through each day.

We have been through a lot, there was some drama but nothing we wouldn't be able to handle.

Some sadness but I see this as someone we have to go through.

Many happy and funny moments that we laughed and joked about.

I want all of it for many more years with you beside me it feels alright and feels like things will pass because we handle it and deal with most of it together.

I know there is times I'm very much not present emotionally but I want you to know I adore you and deeply appreciate you and you being who you are and your adorable behaviour.

I know I get overprotective but that's just how I am and I feel like I should be protective you in every way I can and teach you things and in return you teach me to remember how to feel and how to cherish the small things in life.

Christmas is over now. Things don't seem as festive as it used to, people don't celebrate as they used to or decorate the way they did before.
