Previously on the old portal, we could only issue 4 tickets at the same time. But now not anymore, they have placed a maximum of 25 tickets at a time to avoid technical problems. 

A good change because when tickets are booked urgently it takes a lot of time to issue tickets in large quantities. For example: the required 2 way Cable car ticket is 80 pax so we need to multiply the number of pax by 2 which is a total of 160 tickets to be given to the agent. 1 ticket equals 1 way. I gained a lot of experience and new knowledge. There is a lot more knowledge that I need to learn in terms of marketing, sales in the tourism industry.
 
I'm not only learned how to find sales, but I was also able to hone my knowledge to communicate with customers, which is not easy if we don't have in-depth product knowledge. But as a result of the team's cooperation for 3 days while manning the booth at Matta Fair, we obtained sales of up to RM6,050.
