Selection of music is best done online for students (most can't simply look at sheet music and "hear" what it sounds like in their head); most websites that sell ensemble and orchestral music include sample recordings. They can also use YouTube to look up others performing the same piece. For reflection online survey tools are an easy way to collect the same data from many students. I also think that allowing groups to post videos or audio recordings of their work and letting others respond is great online (this was amazing during COVID at home learning) and I used Padlet a lot of the time for this or FlipGrid.

Recording during rehearsals is great for reflection (group or self).
Performing a concert/recital doesn't require much technology unless you are recording it (which then you need a recording device, microphones are not needed or advised for authentic recording of string instruments).
Program notes for a concert/recital or posters to advertise can be constructed an infinite number of ways but I have enjoyed introducing students to Canva for this.

Students can then reflect using a google form or google docs. Planning can be done using multiple tools like google suite or online programs for design.
