Psychometric: 
Psychometric tests administered by a trained professional could inform parents and teachers of Daniel's interests and his personality to inform what kind of career path Daniel might want to take. Daniel's psychometric test results will not be seen to hold too much weight, because they might not be an accurate testing of Daniel's psychometrics and assuming Daniel's capabilities will have a negative effect on his schooling.
