         <description><![CDATA[<div>Partnership teaching exceeds the concept of “co-operating teaching” in terms of linking effectively the work of both content/subject and language teachers and other team partners in order to set goals for students’ academic performance and development plans (Honigsfeld &amp; Dove, 2014). Thus, EAL teachers are seen as experts who collaboratively develop and model lessons that address both content and language by scaffolding literacy development as well as supporting educators towards a standard-based instruction for English learners.</div>]]></description>
