         <title>Several years ago I used the title of this column, &quot;leadership without titles or position&quot;, for a seminar i was leading with college students.  Years later, it remains the single most attended seminar of any I&#39;ve taught/facilitated.  It intrigued me as to why &quot;we&quot; are attracted to such a session and have been influenced by this simple yet profound reality that leadership, while often is associated with title/position, is far more than merely a title on a business card. </title>
