Here is my family! I have a hardworking Dad who works all the way out in Saudi Arabia to provide for us, my Mom also works at AdDU, allowing for me and my sister to have a great education, and lastly my sister, she is always there to give me the loudest of laughs and the happiest of times.

Video Games

I am, to say the least, addicted to video games; some are great fun, and others are what one would call peak fiction. I have been addicted to video games ever since my uncle got me a PS4 in 2019, since then I have found online friends, played games with my cousins and real-life friends, and overall just had a blast.

Anime

I love watching anime; my cousins got me hooked on watching it during the pandemic; at first, I thought it was boring until they made me watch HunterXHunter, and that got me into the genre. Nowadays I have been watching Anime's such as One Piece, Vinland Saga, DanDaDan, and many more.

History

I am very interested in history, to be specific the weapons used in warfare; I usually binge-watch a lot of videos on YouTube about how some weapons came to be, why they were needed, and how they have evolved over time. Because of this I also play a bunch of historical games, featuring copious amounts of historical accuracy.

Music

I love listening to music, so much so that I play it any chance that I can, whenever commuting, having nothing to do, playing games, or when I feel like it. Music is an amazing piece of art that all humans should experience, it is a language everyone understands, I generally love listening to indie music as there are some really good hits there that get stuck in my head 24/7.

I wonder what kind of person you will be, I hope you became someone that made your 8 year old self proud, If you did all those fun things you’ve always wanted to do, and made many amazing friends throughout your life, I hope that you are successful and happy, and know that if nobody loves you, I still love you.

Infancy

Here's me, I was pretty huge as a baby, fast asleep in my mother's caring arms, I remember the smell of our old house it always smelt like scented wood. I remember that I had so many caretakers because my mother and father had no one to take care of me during their work hours.

Early Childhood

Im wearing red and very happy here, these were the days I learned how to walk, semi-talk, and could express myself better. I still had many caretakers for me while my parents were at work, at this point in time I had my 4th caretaker taking care of me after the first 3.

Elementary/School

My hobbies here were soccer, I had been pretty decent in it and had learned good moves at a young age, I also flew abroad with my soccer mates to Manila I think to attend a tournament. At this point I was also a boy scout, I had attended the 6th ASEAN Scout Jamboree where I had overcome so many trials at a young age that would have scared me. I was able to do wall climbing, crossing a tall bridge, cooking our own food, and setting up a tent alone, and we as a scout group went through a long trail of mud, these were amazing activities that formed me into who I am today.

Preschool

At this stage I was playing a lot outside, especially during afterschool hours with friends in the playground. I had loved physical activity especially playing ice ice water and other games with friends. I also liked to draw and I remember drawing a lot during class which would set me back a lot since I didn't focus on studies, making my mom worry but it all turned out fine in the end.

Adolescence

Now here we are, to the present and current self, I went through so much in this stage, this stage of my life had given me the most troubles, the most questions, and the most joy. I had graduated from Junior High School at this stage, I had my downs especially during COVID feeling like I was alone, and my ups where I found my place in school meeting such amazing friends that definitely changed my life for the better, changing my mannerisms and making me into a better person overall. I had also discovered interest in a lot of TV shows, anime's, and history, I also became very addicted to gaming which gave me more friends and gave me a way to relax and let my stress go.

My dreams have been a bit foggy, I always felt not in control of my life, like I had a set path for me already, my mother really wanted to steer me in the medical direction, not only that but my father is a nurse in Saudi Arabia, my cousin recently graduated from med school, and my other cousin is going into med school, and for the longest time I thought that I had to go that way too but... recently something had awakened in me, I wanted to work in aviation, it just came to me out of the blue but it felt like my heart yearned for it, and I will follow where my heart wants to go, as my father had said to me before, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”.

Reflection for Personal Development

1. Was the subject Personal Development helpful for you?
Yes, Personal Development was really helpful for me, especially when it came to accepting myself. It made me realize that everyone has flaws, but those flaws also mean there’s room to grow and improve. This subject helped me see myself more clearly and appreciate who I am becoming.

2. What were your key takeaways from the subject?
My biggest takeaway is to always take care of myself. I learned that I can’t genuinely care for others if I don’t first learn to love and value myself. It reminded me that self-awareness and self-love are not selfish, they’re necessary.

3. What two topics were your favorites and why?
My two favorite topics were the Development Stages and Personal & Social Relationships. These topics gave me a better understanding of how people grow, change, and connect with others. I found it really interesting to see how our experiences and relationships shape who we are.
