         <description><![CDATA[<div>Rajvin<br>Cheryl<br>Sherman<br>Qing Yang<br>Tricia<br><mark>Stage1 :</mark><br>-Inform pilot of the situation, pilot will then inform cabin crew and passengers that delay will be 1.5 hrs due to the hydraulic leak and that it is not legal to fly.<br>- Tell pilot how long will the problem take and that it will affect duty period.<br>- Consider whether need to extend duty periods.<br>- Since time exceeds 2000 hrs, offload passengers.<br>- Check duty periods and whether cabin crews are available for the next flight.<br>- Find engineers to check how long will it take for the problem (hydraulic leak) to be solved.<br>- Check if passengers have any connections or important job, check if there are any other available flights to put the passengers on.<br>- Provide waiting passengers with refreshments. Update them every 30 minutes.<br>- Inform ground handling agents to move perishables back to storage area .<br>- Check if there are any other flights ( same airline) to fly the perishables to the destination first.<br><mark>Stage 2:</mark><br>- Inform passengers that the next departure time is at 2330 hrs.<br>- Provide passengers with food vouchers and update them every 30 minutes.<br>- Use alliance partners to transport passengers who really have to depart from the airport.<br><br><mark>Stage 3:</mark><br>- Inform ground handling agents to transport perishables back into aircraft<br>- Inform FCC to make new flight plan<br>- Ensure there are sufficient cabin crews for the flight<br>- If a passenger do not want to fly, ask for purpose of the intent.<br>- Get security to interview passenger<br>- Offload passengers for cabin crew and security to check the aircraft.<br>- If nothing is amiss, arrange accommodations (hotel) for the passenger and his luggage to be delivered to the hotel.<br><mark>Stage 4:<br></mark>-inform captain captain <br>-ask him if he still want to fly <br>-ask him to tell cabin crew <br>- decide whether to extend duty again??<br>-captain tell passengers about what is happening and apologise<br>- cabin crew to assist in offload passengers <br>-give them meal vouchers and hotels for them to relax <br>-find another flight for those that really need to fly off in own airline or alliance especially those with connecting flights<br>- since aircraft grounded, they need to find another aircraft which is available for use by contacting hubs.<br>- contact ground handlers to standby with offloading <br>-<mark><br></mark><br></div>]]></description>

Request extension of FDP<br>If extended FDP is overshot, find new crew. We will offload the perishable cargo to put it back in a freezer to keep the meat and vegetables fresh.<br><br>3)Inform the FCC that flight XY786 will be late due to hydraulic leak.<br><br>4)Source for a spare aircraft that can accommodate all the passengers and cargo that have been affected by the delay.<br><br>5) Extend the FDP of the flight crew and ask if they would like to extend their FDP. If the total FDP exceeded the regulations set by ICAO and IATA, we will find a spare set of crews to takeover the current crews.<br><br>6)Inform the engineers to troubleshoot for the reason why there is a hydraulic leakage.<br><br>7)Prepare food vouchers, shopping vouchers, accommodations or dinner (since it is a night) for the passengers affected by the delay.<br><br>8)Keep communicating with the ground handlers and engineers to check on the situation. (Whether there is a need to use a tow tuck to tow the aircraft away and disconnect the aerobridge)<br><br>Stage 2:<br>1)Provide accommodations to the passengers. First class &amp; premium passengers to high class hotel. Business and economy class can stay in a hotel that have 3 stars and above hotel. (Hotel)<br><br>2)Inform passengers of the updated estimated time of departure.<br><br>3) Ask the passengers if they would still want to fly with them. If they don't want to, transfer them to another airline (that are in the same alliance) that are flying to the same destination.<br><br>Stage 3:<br>1) Confirm with engineers that the aircraft is fully functional and is airworthy.&nbsp;<br><br>2) Prompt the FCC to generate another updated flight plan and make sure that the pilot receives the updated flight plan.<br><br>3) If a passenger no balls to continue flying with us, we will allow him not to continue the flight but we will not refund the air ticket money.<br><br>4) Arrange the securities to interview the passenger and offload his baggage.
