Every year in Malaysia, there's a big celebration called Eid ul Fitr. The celebrate celebration is in the Islamic month of 'Syawal' which is when the Muslims celebrate after a month of fasting.
During the celebration, there are takbir in mosques and food like 'ketupat', 'rendang', and 'satay' and all food in the table  are cooked by my mother make for the celebration. People  Men wear 'baju melayu' for men@boy whereas/while women wear 'baju kurung' and hijab . for women@girl.
I always wear 'baju melayu' during the celebration. We also visit our families during the celebration.
I love celebrating Eid ul Fitr because all my family member together gather in the morning of Syawal to celebrate it. They also give duit 'raya' money to children. Most of the children are very happy to receive duit raya it from the adults. I always wear one a set of new 'Baju Melayu'  during the celebration. We also visit our families during the celebration day. However, last year and we cannot visit our relatives because of the covid-19 pandemic.
