This can also be a big time waster since you are not 100% concentrated on your work. For me whenever I get a notification I have the tendency to check it and stay on my phone for a while. This can affect my leadership because I get easily distracted.

- Disconnect from Social Media for a while. Disconnecting from social media for even just a day can help you focus tremendously. This can help your leadership since you can focus on becoming a good leader.
- You can also work on assignments little by little everyday so you do not get caught up at the last minute. If you start assignments early you can have less and less work approaching the due date.
