We've learned (through our Frontier Set initiative and other efforts) that initiatives that thread together related efforts under a common framework--and supported by critical institutional capacities like IR, strategic finance, and IT--are better received and can produce longer-term buy-in.

We call out "student experience" explicitly in our definition of institutional transformation: 

Transformation is realignment of an institution’s structures, culture, and business model to create a student experience that results in dramatic and equitable increases in outcomes and educational value.
