1. It accurately applies to me because so far I have experienced most if not all of the first 4 stages as it was described by Erikson. Currently, I'm in stage 5 and I'm trying to figure out my identity, my place in society, just as it is described in Erikson's psychosocial stages of development.

2. One criticism I have of this theory is the vague cause of the development. Erikson describes the psychosocial development rather than explaining how or why it occurs.

1. The parenting style or styles I have experienced is a mixture of authoritative and authoritarian parenting because my parents can be very demanding at times but not always supportive. They set high expectations and can be very controlling and they only support me if they agree with what I have to say.
2. The kind of parenting styles I think I would have is a mixture of authoritative and permissive because being highly demanding can put a lot of pressure on a kid, so I would more supportive and have expectation which can help set a kid on the right path to success.

Carol Gilligan's theory says the reason why sexes tend to think differently is because of social influences and gender conditioning and emphasizes that women's ways of thinking are often undervalued compared to men.
3.

1. I think ACES Screening is a great thing, it's an advanced way to approach kids with a traumatic past or psychological and behavioral issues. And I think CMS should have something similar as it will help many kids deal with trauma or psychological issues in a more better and effective way.
2. My overall take-away from reading this article is that childhood trauma is very common, even among all races, culture and social class. And usually, it goes unnoticed, unacknowledged, and unaddressed, which affects the individual's physical and psychological disorders in adult-life.
