  • I learned how to write and present information to readers who have no experience or background with the topic.  In each step of the guide I made sure to simplify each instruction and made sure to not include terms that readers may not know due to having no experience with the topic.
  • I also learned how to present information through the use of pictures with photography techniques. As for example, in one my steps I used the action-shot technique in my pictures to showcase the action of me doing something to which readers can fully understand what is being done with the pictures and instructions.

  • The most important thing that I will being taking away from user-testing is that it is crucial for others to evaluate your work. This is because it allows the writer to identify what areas of their writing is exceptional and what areas the writer could improve on to maximize their writing.
  • I also learned that the it is important to provide feedback to others that is encouraging and has great critique about the writer's works. The result of doing this allows the writer to be motivated into including the criticism you have provided to better their writing.
