         <description><![CDATA[<div>Students <strong>stand-crouch-sit</strong> if they are confident, in the middle or unsure about their mastery on the following skills:</div><ol><li>Provide timely feedback</li><li>Give specific and detailed feedback</li><li>Practise active listening skills during feedback</li><li>Remain calm while giving and receiving feedback</li><li>Understand peer's perspective when giving/receiving feedback</li><li>Develop an action plan with peer during feedback</li><li>Manage expectations from feedback</li><li>Encourage and thank peer at the end of feedback</li></ol><div>Students who choose to stand for a skill can be asked to go around to share best practices of the skill to the crouchers, who can then reinforce their understanding of skill improvement to the sitters. Students may set weekly targets for themselves after this activity and do the routine each week hoping at the end, all students stand up for that skill. </div>]]></description>
