At the CPSE level, many families filled them out as they waited for their meetings and left them with the front desk to be mailed out. The same has occurred with some CSE meetings but since the meetings are much quicker families are taking them home.


Last we checked PIAR indicated we have only gotten about 50

We say, we want to you be honest and share the good the bad and the ugly! Most parents say they will send them back but it is hard to track at this point.

Also, I had one Spanish speaking family complete the form following the meeting and she did not fill in the bubbles but circle them as she was unfamiliar with the scantron model. She asked if she had done it correctly and I had to show her to fill in the bubble so then she went back and corrected it but it took time.
