The target audience are probably people who may not have a big group of friends, rather introverted and "indoorsy" kind of people.

What is the purpose of their account?
I think their target audience are people with their own flats, most likely in the city, that are longing to create their own natural place in their apartment as they can just "dream" about it in urban environments.

Purpose of individual posts?
When scrolling through their posts, something that immediately caught my attention is the reoccurrance of the word "obsessed". Most of their captions consist of a question or a statement with this word. Other words that come up quite often are "dream" and "cozy" (e.g. post from March 22 2020) which lead to the conclusion that they are aiming at creative and artistic people that want to let out their creativity at home with the help of plants. Those will nurture the inhabitants' dreams and creativity in return.
