  • All absences must be entered in both Willsub and Kronos by 6:30 a.m. to improve the likelihood of finding a sub

  • You must also contact your classroom teacher to inform them you will be absent
  • Absences of 3 or more days require a note from your doctor.

  • Leave without pay also accrues when your sick bank is exhausted and you need additional time of for the illness/injury.
  • Personal business days must have 5 days prior approval from supervisor
  • Personal illness, Personal Business and Funeral leave are all deducted from you "sick bank." Personal Business and Funeral leave are not extra days off.
