         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Here I will add ingredients needed to make the recipe:<br><br>The basic ingredients for making a traditional bagel include wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, and optionally, a bit of sugar to activate the yeast. Depending on personal taste and the specific recipe, other ingredients such as honey or malt in the boiling water for extra flavor, and sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or coarse salt to sprinkle on top of the bagel before baking may also be added.<br><br>And the step by step to complete. Come with me and follow the rules! 🥯<br><br>Step 1: Mix wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, and a little sugar in a large bowl. Knead until you have a homogeneous dough.<br><br>Step 2: Divide the dough into small portions and shape each portion into a ring, giving it the characteristic bagel shape.<br><br>Step 3: Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add a bit of honey or malt.<br><br>Step 4: Boil the bagels in the boiling water for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until they are slightly puffed up.<br><br>Step 5: Remove the bagels from the water and place them on a greased baking sheet.<br><br>Step 6: Optionally, sprinkle the bagels with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or coarse salt.<br><br>Step 7: Bake the bagels in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.<br><br>Step 8: Remove the bagels from the oven and let them cool before slicing and serving.
