I advise educators that leveraged innovative design and development strategies to create courseware to increase learners’ satisfaction, improve progress efficiencies and maintain quality in the education system. Collaboration and peer support is the key component here.

I mainly look after QTL_net's blended and digital professional development activities. It's been three years since I joined the network, and it has been a fun and wild ride full of learning opportunities :). I think my teaching approach resonates with this picture the most. I tend to give my participants various ideas of what they can do in their classroom using technology, but I leave it to their discretion and let them lead the way in their exploration. I giddy up with joy when participants find their aha moments and submerge themselves in a whirlpool of ideas of what can work in their classroom, whether online or face-to-face. But, I always tend to be by their side "like a guide on the side," which is how it is described these days. Be it technical support while using a tool or figuring out the right digital pedagogy for their teaching and learning activities.

I have taught courses at this juncture at UCA and Nazarbayev University. I chose the compass image. A compass reflects my teaching approach because it offers direction without dictating the journey. As a teacher, I provide guidance—pointing out possible routes, landmarks, and orientations—much like a compass shows multiple directions of travel. The learner, however, chooses the path and takes responsibility for walking it. Throughout the journey, teacher and learner remain connected: the compass is revisited at key moments to reflect, recalibrate, and make informed choices. In this way, learning becomes a shared journey of guidance and agency, where direction is offered, independence is respected, and progress is continually shaped through dialogue and trust.
