Some of the skills they've learned through these will serve them far better than the academics they will learn in school. I think specifically about Munterwegs and the Day of Community Games, which was student driven. The kids organizing this event have learned so many skills in terms of event organizing and community relations. (Speak with Mike Huber)

I think, too, about the student-led PDW trips to the Himalayas and Lesbos, which has demonstrably changed the lives of many, many students. Changed their focus of what they want to study in university.
