         <title>Recipe: Chocolate ice cream </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Ready in: 3hrs 15mins (maximum)</p><p>Ingredients: 7</p><p>Serves:4-6</p><p><br></p><p>Ingredients:</p><p>4 ounces unsweetened chocolate </p><p>1 cup milk </p><p>2 large eggs</p><p>1 cup sugar</p><p>1 cup heavy cream or 1 cup whipping cream</p><p>1 teaspoon vanilla</p><p>1 pinch salt</p><p><br></p><p>Directions:</p><p>1. Gradually whisk chocolate into the milk and heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.</p><p>2. Remove from the heat and let cool.</p><p>3. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light anf fluffy, 1-2 minutes.</p><p>4. Whisk in the sugar, a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely blended, about 1 minute more.</p><p>5. Add the cream, vanilla and salt and whisk to blend.</p><p>6. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cream mixture and blend.</p><p>7. Cover and refrigerate until cold, about 1-3 hours, depending on your refrigerator.</p><p>8. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze following the manufacturer's instructions.</p><p><br></p><p>ENJOY!</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>
