Look beyond your own horizon and be open minded. And sometimes stereotypes can also be a good conversation starter. :)

We all have bias and in the future I will try to be even more aware of my own biases and those others might have about me.

I am ever more interested in the culture and places. And it is so cool, that the tibetan lanuage is very gender-neutral. We need to learn from this.

Thank you for this great idea! It was very interesting and engaging, I absolutely loved it and it inspired me to learn some Tibetan before going there 

I think more moderation was needed to make sure people participate / everyone got a chance to speak. I wish there was more of this! :) 

I enjoyed breakout room session. It wad fun learning.

I like it and the way Chinese preserving their culture is much more valuable. 

When i´m in chinese another time i will be more open to the culture :)

Power is everywhere. But also knowledge is power. So I guess we all became more powerful over these last few days. :)

Such a beautiful experience to explore outside the country's via online. I hope to see all of you in future. :) 

Discussions with other people from different countrys where very nice and fascinating!

I liked the jolly nature of Líli and Miriam. The topics were very refreshing with a lot of first hand experience.

It was a nice approach to the online format. There were important discussions started by the workshop and I appreciate that, as well as the effort made to make us connect with the colleagues in the other side of the world.

I enjoyed meeting so many people from different countries at the same time. :)

Not much, sometimes a few more short breaks would have been lovely. :)

The EDUgration session were nice concerning the content but advanced so slow, that I lost focus. The concepts and thoughts are easily understood.

The participation of some people (which is too much) might overwhelms others

I like discussions in bigger groups because you get more input from different perspectives.

The environment you created for the learning is so friendly so I love it. 

I think shorter sessions would be better, in combination with other topics. 3 blocked days of the training was a bit too much.

I think there should have been more structure to the talks as sometimes I would get confused about what is the take home message? Each conversion needed a defined end for me at least. Also, the topics covered were vast and probably needed more time? Or else, for this timeframe, I wish the conversation were more higher level so I would feel I got more out of it.
