However there are also areas for extra portaloos if they are needed.

    For our Portaloos I have decided on a company called 'Instant toilets and showers'  according to their calculator about 750 portaloos will be needed. But it also says that when food and drinks are being served this number should be increased by 30% so
    975. It also says that these numbers are for a ratio of 1:1 for men and women and if there are going to be more women there need to be more toilets.
    There are many portable toilets, including 6 star toilets possible for the performers if they want them?
    There are also portallos for disabled persons as well as a wide variety of regular protaloos. 
    The company also provides an on site cleaning service to maintain the portaloos cleanliness throughout the event.
    The company can also handle the removal of all waste with its own fleet of sewage tankers.
    This company also provides a range of portable buildings, sort of like the food vans at Curtin University. We could use them as little rooms for first aid or whatever else may be needed.

    As it turns out HBF Arena is actually under going large renovations at this time and while it is still open you cannot book/plan large events like music festivals there. There are no large events planned for the venue and most of the pages for hiring the large outdoor venues have been taken down. So . . . .


    Claremont Showgrounds has large outdoor areas which will be great for our festival. The specific area which we will use is called the Bruce Campbell Arena.
    The venue can house up to 40000 people for outdoor events.

    LOVE GLOW BELONG TRIUMPH

    On the 14th of January 2017, family friendly Love Glow Belong Triumph Music Festival will open its gates to the general public at the Claremont Showgrounds WA to celebrate the LGBT community.

    The festival will run from 12pm til 12am, with children under 12 getting in free.

    Other prices start at $50 for children between the ages of 12 - 18, and those 18 and up will be charged $100.

    As a group, we decided to design a music festival aimed at celebrating the LGBT community, in this case, their pride and sexuality.

    Our festival is called Love Glow Belong Triumph which stands for LGBT. 

    We chose a music festival because as a group, we all individually enjoy festivals and share a love for music.

    We decided to aim the festival at the LGBT community as we all support the community and what it stands for, we believe promoting an event aimed at the LGBT community may encourage equality.  

    We intend that the festival will be family friendly and will run from 12pm - 12am

    Our project fits into community because it promotes a group of people having a particular characteristic in common, that being  a shared acceptance and love for the LGBT community.
