         <description><![CDATA[<div>Modifies Article I, Section 4, Clause 2<br><br>The main ideas of this amendment is to sets terms and sessions of the executive and the legislative branch. This is also known as the "lame duck" amendment because it shortened the amount of time in office for the losing person. It also includes what to do if a president was deemed unqualified for the position.<br>This addresses the civil liberties aspect where it protects individuals from government infringement. If other official said a president was unfit, they are able to change it.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
