         <description><![CDATA[<p>There are many different types of stress. I believe stress can affect different age groups, in different ways. Speaking from my own experiences, most of the time stress from teenagers are coming from the feeling of being overwhelmed or anxious due to the pressure of school, relationship, family, or personal expectations, from yourself and or your family/ adult figure. As a teenager those are all of the main reasons why I am stressed.</p>]]></description>
