I've learned that the questions you ask will impact how the interviewer will view you. When I went for my interview I didn't know what to ask so I just asked random things about the company and the culture it came from and stuff like that. I was clueless about what to ask I was nervous and very anxious and I went back for a second interview. I learned that all you have to do is just ask questions that you think fit well with the job you are applying for. You dont need to listen to videos but it does help on some occasions like if you know your going to get stumped with what to ask and what not to ask.

One of the tips was to research the company well to seem interested in their business and prepared. Another is to practice answers to some of the most commonly asked questions. Also you should have success stories that highlight your strengths that you can always refer to if relevant to the job. Also you should think of questions to ask the interviewer to seem knowledgeable and interested. The last is to tailor your interview for this exact job instead of having random answers that makes you seem qualified for any kind of job. You need to personalize your answers as if you already work there so the employer can picture you working there.

This is a video from the "Interview Guys." They give tips on what to say for the top ten most common interview questions. They suggest that you prepare ahead of time so that you know what qualities the company values so that you can answer questions from that angle. They recommend that you have stories about yourself prepared ahead of time demonstrate the values you have in action on the job. They also recommend that you have questions to ask the company when you are given an opportunity. Remember that it's not about you; it is about THEM. You have to convince the company that they want you because you want them so badly.
