         <title>The turnaround times being far too tight. We are given a small amount of time to complete business critical work over assessment periods. These decisions are made without any input from PS staff who are actually doing the work and know what&#39;s realistic. It puts too much pressure on staff, and results get postponed as a knock on effect.</title>

         <title>The TLSE away day has been scheduled at a very business critical time for a number of teams. This will most likely result in a number of staff not attending. There needs to be more communication on this so that staff do not feel left out/forgotten about or end up attending and feel overwhelmed and stressed at the thought of returning to a heavy workload. </title>

It means the likelihood of their query remaining unresolved is high. As a member of staff on the hub where sometimes all I can do is email on behalf of a student and hope they respond is poor and reflects badly on the help we can provide. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Staff wellbeing is still a big concern. For assessment and wellbeing teams in particular, we are once again facing very tight deadlines at the end of semester 2. This causes a massive amount of pressure and stress on staff. This has been fed back multiple times, so it is frustrating changes are not being made.&nbsp;<br>All staff are still working at pandemic levels, with no quieter periods to catch up/do any planning/complete training. This way of working is unsustainable and adding to staff members' stress.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Workload and lack of staff</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Workload has been tripled for myself personally after SEP and everyday feels like firefighting, it is even harder when one team member is on leave as the workload is even bigger. It has an effect on my personal wellbeing, as I am always worried about falling behind.&nbsp;<br><br>The stress of deadlines are sometimes passed on inevitably between team members (e.g. from line manager to team member, especially as some of us who has had new line managers after SEP) and personally I find it another stress factor trying to work on the dynamic while under the stress of meeting deadlines. This is the same when communicating with some people while everyone is under stress, as everyone has different pace of working and misunderstandings arise at times.<br><br>I have to pass on attending some faculty/university events due to having to meet deadlines and work commitments - it is a bit frustrating.</div>]]></description>
