         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>Rights in civil cases<br></strong>In the current law, where the value is more than twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be given, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.&nbsp;<strong>This law gives me the right to have a witness in a jury more than 20 dollars.</strong></div>]]></description>

To be able to have a witness; to have the right of obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense. <strong>This law gives me the right to have a witness in a jury in case&nbsp; I did something bad that got me in so much trouble I had to go to court.</strong></div>]]></description>
