The difference of concentration camps and death camps are that the death camps were used to kill as many Jews in a short time, this included firing squads, beating, and the most infamous: the gas chambers. This is when at the Nuremberg laws were established, and these denied citizenship to jews all over germany.

This is when the Nuremberg laws were first applied to austrian Jewish population.
