         <description><![CDATA[<p>Verbal questioning is understanding the customers with their wants, expectations, and recommending the right products. It is questioning customers in person while they are shopping to see if the customer is satisfied with the products and what can be improved. verbal questioning helps to build better experiences and showing the customer that the shop cares about helping as it can gain a certain trust between company and customer.</p><p>For example, Brighton Pier will ask customers questions like, what their preferences are, what they like to eat, if they have allergies that need to be known when buying food, and what they would like to see on the pier.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Social media listening is businesses looking at reviews online and monitoring social media platforms to see what peoples opinions are of the company. This helps in retail environments as it helps employees know what the customers want and shows whats important when improving the business and lets company's know new upcoming trends and problems that need to be fixed.</p><p>For example, if Brighton Pier see what customers are saying then it will allow the them to improve as they are paying attention to the comments and reviews.</p><p><br/></p><p>Surveys are a way of asking customers questions to see how they feel and feel about products. They can be done online, in person, or on paper. </p><p>This is helpful in a retail environment as it can be useful for understanding the customers opinions and what they want from the company. surveys help finding ways and needs to improve by employees being friendly showing them they are interested in improvements. They help getting feedback on updates that are needed and tracking changed over time. </p><p>For example, if the customer is asked to do a survey online, in person, or on paper. They will be asked questions such as, how they are finding the pier and what it has to offer, if the amusement arcade and rides feel safe to use, if any improvements need or are wanted to be made, how they find the food, and if they enjoy the pier overall.  </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>it is important to understand customers specific requirements, providing them efficient products and services in order to please the customer. satisfied customers are more likely to return and recommend the product to their friends and family. the employee should identify customer needs by actively researching and gathering information to understand what customers truly value and need from a product or service.</p><p>functionality needs to be shown to ensure the product or service effectively performs the intended function and solves customer problems.</p><p>user experience should be used to design a seamless and positive experience for customers throughout their interaction with the brand. </p><p>delivering high-quality products and services meeting customers expectations.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
