Having a healthy diet is essential to function in a balanced way. A healthy diet is composed of all macro and micronutrients.

Having a healthy diet offers many benefits for people. It contributes to the improvement of the immune system, sleep quality, intestinal transit, mood, concentration and may even contribute to weight loss.

Gluten-Free Foods and Lactose - It is increasingly common to find products that do not have gluten. Gluten-free foods were originally focused on patients who have the so-called celiac disease, ie people who have gluten intolerance. Over time, they noticed that people who did not consume gluten had an easier time losing weight. For those who want to start using the gluten diet I leave here a list of gluten-free foods to facilitate success in the gluten-free diet:

1. Fruits: açaí, apricot, cranberry, date, fig, grape, guava, melon, kiwi, blueberry, cherry, lemon, tangerine, mango, orange, papaya, pear, passion fruit, plum, pineapple, pineapple , raspberry, strawberry, tamarind and watermelon.

2. Some flours: Wheat flour can be substituted by others that do not have gluten: quinoa, sago, soy, tapioca, yam, teff, yeast, almonds, amaranth, araruta, beans, besan, brown rice, buckwheat, cassava, maize, cornmeal, starch corn, cottonseed, dal, linseed, millet, pea, popcorn, potato, yucca and rice.

3.Dairy and eggs: casein, sour cream, eggs, milk, yogurt (pure and natural), butter (attention to additives!) and whey.

4.Meat: beef, chicken, alligator, quail, turkey, veal, pork, buffalo, chicken, duck, goose, rabbit, frog and lamb. Normally, meats have no gluten. What can put this protein in the dishes are breadcrumbs or sauces. Always read the labels of the sauces to make sure there is no gluten at all!

5.Fish

6. Bread and biscuits: There are gluten-free breads (with yam flour, tapioca ...), such as biscuits (soy, rice and corn) and pasta.

7. Drinks: water, coconut water, fruit juice, coffee and espresso.

8. Spices: bell pepper, black pepper, rosemary, parsley, chives, thyme, oregano, basil and sage.

As you can see, this diet is easy to follow!
