This is what inspired her to become a food critic and eventual food blogger and vlogger. She took many culinary classes, built up her flavor profile, and started out by posting on her own Instagram and submitting her critiques and reports to magazines, online culinary sites and forums, etc. Now, she travels the world and has her own food blog, and she has had her works included in several published books and magazines.
