- Atmosphere (fairly quiet, air-conditioned, comfortable)
- Good business strategy (those who are thirsty/hungry after playing pool can drink/eat)
- Cost is cheaper compared to other cafes
- Cleaner environment compared to other canteens

Dislikes
- Portions are small compared to the price
- Limited space for customers who wants to eat as those who are playing darts and pools will use the table
- Slow service when it's crowded
- 1 self-service counter
- Sometimes cold food is serve even if service is slow
- Security is not good
- There is no shortcut to get to the place as cafe is in the middle of the library

Observation
- Very quiet and not a lot of people
- People go there to discuss about work
- Play pool, socializing
- Lecturer, public were there to eat, relax
- Public people looked 'atas' when eating at the cafe

- Wide variety of food to choose from
- Dedicated dessert area selling ice-cream
- Lots of space to use
- Some stalls offer low prices for their food
- Lots of seats to handle the crowd during break times
- Arrangement of tables allow socialising in large groups
- Different types of tables, for different people.

Dislikes
- Hot during certain days
- Certain stalls have long queues and bad food
- Insufficient Malay cuisine stalls
- Malay food expensive we no money
- Weird smell
- Open area, so birds can freely roam and dirty the place
- Cold during rainy days
- Useless TV hiding behind a pillar
- Pillars placed in-between stalls and seats, which sometimes interferes with queues.

Likes
- The pricing of food is still affordable.
- Many choices of food
- There are enough seats to accommodate students

Dislikes
- Long queue (during lunch time)
- When it rains, the water from outside often splashes inside (lesser place for customers to sit and eat)
-  There is a shop on the second level that is always crowded, causing blockage on the second floor
- Not as many choices of food as compared to other canteens
- There are many birds around. Picking on leftover food.
