Being Part of Gen Z, I have lots of different views on the world around me and politics. This is mostly resulting from the fact that we went through school during COVID and also experienced big changed in the beliefs of both political parties causing a shift in my parents views on government issues.

Colorado

I was born and raised in Colorado and have lived in the same place my whole entire life. This means I am deeply ingrained into the culture of Colorado. Colorado also has changed to more liberal views over the years changing my local governments opinion on things.

Religion

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and that has influenced my life the most compared to anything. We believe in life and the freedom of having choice in life. But our church doesn't force you to be of one party so I am able to express myself freely.

Education

I have gone through both Elementary School and Middle School and now a Junior in High School and this means that I have a extensive education and am starting to be able to form my own opinions on my views.

I have big interests in American History and APUSH is a big factor in that and it has made me make connections about what I liked during certain periods in history, and what I didn't like in different times in American history. This has caused me to make connections and associate certain periods to certain presidents of one of the parties.
